A: We will contact you with further instructions, including the address of the escrow account where the PNAY will be held until the order is completed.

Q: Can I cancel the order once placed?
A: Once the order is placed and confirmed by transfer of the tokens into the escrow account, it may not be cancelled.

Q: Will the wholesale price ($0.50/PNAY) move up at all in relation to the retail price?
A: The wholesale price is fixed at $0.50 per PNAY.

Q: When is order completion expected?
A: During Q1 2019.
